My name is Angelo Bean.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Gulf of Naples, Italy. I arrived in Canada in 1970 where I became a wine consultant for LCBO.
Thanks to my mother’s traditional recipes, I started to create and lead cooking events specializing in authentic Italian regional recipes:
“hands-on pasta” and “sausage making”.
